The most effective way to improve your hockey skills is by working 1 on 1 with a trained coach. These lessons are fully customizable to every player and adjusted based on that players individual needs.
The Mill offers both on-ice and off-ice small group training sessions. Sessions are capped at 8 players and give players of all ages and levels a chance to become a better athlete and hockey player.
Is your team looking for extra training? Struggling to find ice time? Or looking for a space for off-ice workouts? We’ve got you covered! We offer teams private access to our facility to train however you want!
We offer a number of open gym access memberships for players to come in and train however they want, when they want. When here, players are given a self-guided workout of the day to complete.
