Off-Ice workouts will take place with a coach and last 50min.
Small group workouts are capped at 8 athletes.
Off-ice is a great way to help develop your game from a strength, balance, and conditioning stand point. Typical off-ice sessions work on developing the following: strength building and weight lifting, endurance training, agility and balance development, and stick-handling and hand eye coordination.
